Educational Consultant (1099 Contractor)
Position Summary:
Educational consultants provide expert guidance on various educational needs and services. This role involves evaluating new educational tools and collaborating closely with parents to support their students in planning for college.
Position Requirements:
Experience in educational consulting or a related field.
Strong understanding of educational tools and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Support:
Conduct aptitude tests and interviews to identify students’ strengths.
Help students develop essential skills like time management and effective study habits.
Outline plans to achieve academic and career goals.
Educational Guidance:
Advise on educational materials and staffing to optimize student success.
Analyze teacher performance, curricula, and other educational data to ensure compliance with goals.
Collaboration and Coaching:
Collaborate with parents and teachers to enhance students’ success.
Coach educators on methods to improve their teaching skills.
Pool Nurse (1099 Contractor)
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse – Float Pool will deliver nursing care to a diverse group of patients within ER & Hospital. This position requires flexibility, as nurses may work in different units as needed to meet operational demands, providing continuous 24-hour medical and nursing treatment.
Position Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in medical/surgical or telemetry environments.
Required credentials: BLS, ACLS, and PALS; TNCC and NRP are recommended.
Proficient in PC software, particularly word processing and spreadsheets.
Experience with hospital-based computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide direct nursing care using a holistic, problem-solving approach.
Assist patients in achieving optimal health during normal health, illness, or end-of-life care.
Advocate for patient dignity and self-respect, and safeguard patient confidentiality.
Education and Teaching:
Facilitate learning for patients and families upon admission, transfer, or discharge.
Assess patients' physical and psychological needs, and evaluate their knowledge of their health.
Accountability and Communication:
Communicate with healthcare team members for seamless care delivery.
Supervise other direct care providers, such as certified nurse assistants.
Physical Requirements:
Constant: Vision, hearing, speaking, use of hands, walking, sitting, balancing, repetitive motions.
Frequent: Bending, squatting, pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds without assistance, lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds without assistance.
Occasional: Climbing, kneeling, crouching, exposure to noise, hazards, allergens.
Rare: Exposure to potential electric shock, working in confined areas.
Work Environment:
OSHA Category I: Routine exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or tissue as part of employment.
