Candice Kemp is a veteran leader, educator, and Registered Nurse with more than two decades of experience in educational consulting, program development, and systems-based improvement across education and healthcare settings. She is the Founder and Systems Designer of Legacy Learning Systems™, a future-focused early childhood framework that strengthens educator capacity, child development outcomes, and family engagement through integrated instructional and developmental systems. Her work bridges education, child wellness, and technology to prepare young children for resilience, adaptability, and success in an evolving global society.
